Return & Refund Policy

At Prefit Sports, we stand behind the quality of our premium gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to help make it right.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange eligible items.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure fairness and maintain hygiene standards for all our athletes, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags must still be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on undergarments, compression base layers (if worn), socks, or water bottles. Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@prefitsports.com (or use our Contact Form) with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Securely pack the item and ship it back to the provided address.

4. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way to get your new gear is to initiate a return for your current item. Once approved, you can place a new order on the website for the correct size.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returned items. We highly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.
